In the beginning, there are questions.
What global changes are we currently facing? How can we effectively combine empiricism, intuition and experience? What role do generations play in corporate developments? What resources are important for upcoming and inevitable changes? How can leadership be managed, how can it succeed intuitively, emotionally, collectively? And, yes – how and where can we find a ‘safe space’ for a steady hand on the wild entrepreneurial ride through time?
Today, I joined sociologist and trend researcher Kamuran Sezer from the futureorg institute to take a creative look at the future of companies and organisations. One of us with a global view and one with a magnifying glass on user needs.
The answers? For now, we'll leave the many valuable questions – and develop. What that will be, we leave to your curiosity at this point.
