smaply und seine brandneue Version 3.0 ist das Mapping-Nugget, auf das ich mich schon länger freue und das ich –pssst– die nächsten Wochen in den Einsatz bringen darf. Wir genießen Espresso und Gespritzten. Wir fachsimpeln. smaplys neue Datenbasis. Trends im Hashtag#ServiceDesign, Hashtag#OrganisationalDesign, Hashtag#SystemThinking, eine hybride Welt, die einfach nicht funktioniert und eine Hütte voll Internas, für die ich geteert und gefedert würde, wenn ich sie hier berichten würde.

Also berichte ich lieber davon, wie die Drei auch einem zweiten Gespritzten nicht abgeneigt sind und sich die abendliche Spätsommer-Sonne Tirols in unseren Gläsern und Gesichtern spiegelt.
