David Bowie – born and raised in London, mastermind of change, playing so many different roles and in every sense - always inventing himself new as a 'canvas to be painted on'.

TONIGHT I have been lucky to meet Bowie in Brett Morgan's LSD-like coloured film collage Hashtag#moonagedaydream at London Dalston's Rio Cinema. Sort of a resurrection.

Bowie the singer. Bowie the painter. Bowie the TOY, the Ziggy Stardust, the gentleman, the hero, the LODGER, Mager Tom, the EARTHLING. Bowie the brother, the husband, the lover.

Bowie tonight made me think about roles in worklife. Are we aware of that many different roles we are playing on the stage of our work and life days?
And if we are, how can we be playful with them in terms of creating new ones or changing roles with others?

Might open our minds for empathy with others. Might teach us in playful failing, keep us learning, making us aware of unneccessary hierachies or possibilties in social connections. And much more. Let's try! Doesn't have to be Ziggy Stardust (maybe better not).
